Her experience also spans Caya Costa, Bayou Club, Dolphin Cay, Venetian Isles, Old Northeast, Crescent Lake, Crescent Heights, Allendale, Woodlawn, Euclid/St. Paul, Kenwood, and some of Tampa Bay's most desirable neighborhoods.

A University of Missouri–Columbia graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Janelle began her career in corporate marketing and advertising before transitioning into education and ultimately real estate. Those experiences continue to shape her strategic marketing, communication, and client service today.
Beyond real estate, Janelle is active in the Placido Bayou community and serves as an event board leader for Kart4Kids, supporting Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.
